About the Role As Senior HR Business Partner, you will become a central part of Hemfrid's HRBP team and report to the HR Manager. You will work closely with our managers and leadership with the full range of operational and strategic HR work and take clear overall responsibility for the processes and issues that drive the business forward. You are a skilled relationship builder who confidently moves between management forums, manager dialogues and union negotiations. Preferably, you have previously managed a small team of HRBP colleagues and are motivated by developing both people and processes.
