Registered Nurse – Aleris ASIH Botkyrka/Huddinge – we are growing and seeking more colleagues
Would you like to join us as we grow and develop our operations?
Aleris ASIH is expanding. We are seeing more patients and therefore need more nurses on our team. This fall, we are also moving to larger premises in Tullinge, designed to accommodate our growing operations and our way of working.
This is therefore a great opportunity if you want to join an operation where much already works well, but where we continue to develop our methods and care together.
Together we create safe care – in the patient's home
As a nurse within ASIH, you will meet patients who need advanced home healthcare. This may include patients with cancer, serious chronic illness, or other complex care needs.
The work is independent, but you are never alone. You work closely with nurses, physicians, nursing assistants, and paramedical professionals, and you have colleagues to consult with when the situation requires it.
We want our patients to feel safe at home even when their care needs are substantial. As a nurse, you play an important role in this.
This is Aleris ASIH
At our organization, physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and occupational therapists work together with a common goal – to provide safe and qualified care in the patient's home.
We are part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes specialized palliative inpatient care, basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.
In the Botkyrka/Huddinge area, we operate from Tullinge and work within a defined geographic area. Between patient visits, we use environmentally classified vehicles.
An operation in development
We actively work to develop how we provide advanced home healthcare. Digital methods are a natural part of our daily work and are used to create continuity, accessibility, and more time for patients.
We use the journal system TakeCare and the planning and communication tool iTacih. Good computer skills are therefore important, as well as openness to new ways of working.
As the operation expands, we also want to leverage the expertise that exists in the group. With us, you have the opportunity to take responsibility in various areas and help influence how we move forward.
You will receive
A well-planned introduction with ongoing follow-up
Independent and varied nursing work
Close collaboration with other professions
Short decision-making paths and accessible managers
The opportunity to contribute to and influence the development of the operation
A workplace that is growing – with more colleagues and larger premises this fall
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
Holds a B-category driver's license
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
Is confident in your nursing role and has strong medical competence
Enjoys both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues
Has good computer skills and is open to digital methods of working
Experience in ASIH, home healthcare, palliative care, or other advanced healthcare is a merit.
As a person, you are responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented. You can prioritize when circumstances change and enjoy working together with others. Above all, you want to provide the patient with safe and secure care at home.
