Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden Som vikarierande stöd- och behandlingspedagog arbetar du självständigt och med stort ansvar nära klienterna i deras hem. Ditt uppdrag kan innefatta: - Stöd i att hitta och behålla ett eget boende. - Påminnelser och hjälp vid möten med socialtjänst och myndigheter. - Stöd i ADL (Aktiviteter i Dagliga Livet). - Transport av klienter till externa möten och behandlingar. - Samtal om missbruk, återfall och sociala svårigheter. - Förklaring av myndighetsbeslut och stöd vid reaktioner på dessa. - Provtagning (t.ex. urinprov) Det är till stor del ensamarbete men med nära samarbete med kollegor samt samordnare/enhetschef. Du behöver vara lugn och trygg som person. Du kommer samarbeta med andra myndigheter och speciellt socialtjänsten. Som person önskar vi att du är empatisk även om du behöver sätta gränser ibland. Kvalifikationer och krav För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: ✅ B-körkort och vana vid att köra i tjänsten. ✅ Erfarenhet av arbete inom socialt arbete, vård, behandling eller pedagogiskt arbete. ✅ Utbildning inom socialpedagogik, beteendevetenskap, vård och omsorg eller liknande (eller pågående studier inom området. This is a job for you if you enjoy being active, feel comfortable taking responsibility and can create a sense of security even in situations that can sometimes be challenging. The customer uses a wheelchair and has a hearing impairment, which means he needs support and help with most things in his daily life. About the customer The customer is a 35-year-old man who lives in central Borås.
