Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works collaboratively with clients to create personalized assistance services. We work closely with our clients and understand that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We at Alma Assistans are seeking temporary staff for one of our clients in Tranemo. As a personal assistant, you will work in a family environment where it is important that you take initiative and see what needs to be done in the home. At the same time, you need to be attentive and respectful so that the family has the space to be a family. The work involves assisting a man in his 40s with extensive physical care needs. The client can describe his needs himself and how he wishes the assistance to be performed. The home has all necessary assistive devices and is adapted to his needs. Previous experience working in healthcare or care services is a merit. The family lives in Tranemo and it is important that you can easily get to the workplace. A driver's license is a requirement and access to a car is a must. Approximate working hours • Day shift: 07:30–16:15 • Evening/night: 16:00–09:15 (including 7.5 hours on-call) The schedule will be evaluated continuously with the client and assistants and may therefore be adjusted going forward. Employment form: Hourly employment as needed. However, there is a possibility of a permanent position in the future. Recruitment is ongoing. Driver's license is a requirement!
