For the winter season 2026-2027, we are looking for a chef/chefs, preferably with experience in both fine dining and traditional Swedish home cooking for small and large gatherings. Some menu planning for the season is part of the work depending on when the position is filled. Together with our small kitchen team, you will be responsible for purchasing, ensuring we stay within our budget, and providing our guests with a complete experience through both flavors and service. Several weddings are already booked and we are planning for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Tännäskröket is part of Funäsfjällen and is located approximately 20 minutes' drive from Funäsdalen, which is the main town with shops, healthcare, and schools. It is therefore an advantage if you have a driver's license and your own car. Staff accommodation is available for rent. You should enjoy snow and winter to also have a good time off when you are not at work. The area offers excellent fishing, snowmobile trails, and fantastic skiing. Restaurant Manager at Cozy Ski Resort Restaurant in Funäsfjällen
Tännäskröket is located in western Härjedalen, approximately 20 minutes by car from Funäsdalen. In Funäsfjällen there are 6 ski resorts, several cottage villages, 300 km of cross-country ski trails and even longer snowmobile trails. Tännäskröket is one of the smaller ski resorts with approximately 400 beds distributed between rental accommodations and private cottages. Our Guest Services with rental, reception and restaurant Arran are located directly adjacent to one of our lifts, Hemkröket. As Tännäskröket's restaurant manager/restaurant supervisor, you should be flexible, pedagogical and part of the daily operations. Your work is primarily in the restaurant, but some administration is also included in the position. As part of the daily operations, the work includes lunch and bar sales during regular slope opening hours, catering for weddings and other evening events, as well as planning for weddings and concert evenings. Other tasks include purchasing, schedule coordination and, depending on when you can start, participation in menu planning. It is your and your colleagues' shared responsibility that our guests feel welcome. We hope you have previously worked at a cash register but also have experience with catering for larger events and celebrations. The season starts in December and ends in April. We prefer that you have a driver's license and your own car. Bus traffic runs only during school hours or by reservation during certain periods. Job Responsibilities Sportladan is both a shop and a ski rental facility, and it is important that you are flexible and enjoy working on different tasks. Your main responsibilities will be assisting customers in the shop, handling pre-booked ski packages, sales, and providing plenty of tourist tips. We also have many "walk-in" customers for both rentals and lift ticket purchases. You will also work with preparing reservations, exchanges, and unpacking merchandise. Mountain Chef & Multi-Tasker for Mountain Lodge We are seeking an engaged, experienced, and solution-oriented person who wants to work in a unique mountain environment where no two days are the same. The work is varied and combines primarily cooking and kitchen work with serving, guest service, café, bar, and practical tasks related to operations. During high season, the work pace is intense, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position involves shift work. A large part of the operations are conducted in the kitchen. We serve everything from everyday meals to three-course dinners, large catering assignments, and events. Baking is also part of the work. Over the coming year, the company plans to expand its welcome to international tourism. Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable meeting and communicating with guests from other countries. The mountain lodge is situated remotely on the mountain without direct access to a road, shops, or running water. This means you need to be self-reliant, flexible, and able to find practical solutions on your own. Work Tasks Your work tasks may include: Cooking and preparations for daily service, events, and catering. Preparing three-course dinners and food for larger gatherings. Baking and café operations. Serving, bar work, and cash handling. Guest service and creating a personal and welcoming experience for our guests. Snowmobile transport of guests, goods, and materials to and from the lodge during winter season. Assisting with guided tours and other activities during winter. Assisting with ski lessons in the ski system. Operating all-terrain vehicles with trailers during summer season. Simple maintenance and mechanical work on the operation's vehicles. Working with foodtruck and sales at markets during periods when the lodge has low season. Independently solving practical problems and tasks that may arise in a remote mountain environment. Digital marketing via social channels and website. Work tasks vary by season and operational needs. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in a restaurant kitchen and a strong interest in cooking. Is used to working at a fast pace and can stay calm even during stressful periods. Has good teamwork skills and can also work independently. Has experience in serving and restaurant operations. Is familiar with point-of-sale systems. Speaks English fluently in both speech and writing. Holds a snowmobile operator's license. Is knowledgeable in either skiing or snowboarding and has sufficient experience to assist with lessons. Holds a B96 driver's license, required to operate the operation's foodtruck. Is prepared to work evenings, weekends, and during holidays. Has previously worked with digital marketing toward customers. For work during summer season, a all-terrain vehicle operator's license and experience operating four-wheelers with trailers are also required. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have: Experience in café operations and baking. Experience in bar work. Experience in catering and large events. Experience assisting with ski lessons or other mountain activities. Experience operating a foodtruck or working at markets. Practical or mechanical experience with vehicles and machinery. We're looking for you to work as a substitute in personal assistance for a social and friendly person. Here you work independently with the customer in their home. There are clear routines for the work and tasks. If you're unsure about anything, you can ask the customer. We're primarily looking for the right person – someone who enjoys working with people and thrives with independent work where personal chemistry and responsibility are important. Who are we looking for? You need to be: responsible and reliable social and at the same time attentive comfortable working independently organized good at seeing what needs to be done comfortable working long shifts. You need to have a natural eye for order and cleanliness and be able to see and take care of things without always needing to be told. You should be able to speak, read, and understand Swedish well, as good communication is an important part of the work. Previous experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement. Work hours and staffing This position is substitute work, for example when regular staff are absent and when the operation needs reinforcement. Work shifts are 12 hours: Day: 07.00–19.00 Night: 19.00–07.00 Weekend work may occur. As a new substitute, you start with onboarding during daytime. When that works well, you move on to night onboarding. You normally work alone with the customer. Therefore, it's important that you are confident, independent, and responsible.
