Lilla Vildt is a restaurant at Idre Fjäll with a local profile, where we strive to work with locally sourced and relationship-based food, both in food and beverages, as much as possible. With high gastronomic ambitions without being pretentious, we aim to work with food, beverages, and each other in a relaxed manner. We want to find you this winter who wants to develop together with us We are a small team that works closely together and strives to maintain a workplace with good atmosphere and open communication – we want everyone to enjoy working here! We are open for dinner during the winter, which means there is plenty of free time for skiing and other activities during the days. For the upcoming winter season, we need to expand our team with more wonderful colleagues who want to give our guests an experience worth remembering. We are a small restaurant where we work closely together, we value a warm atmosphere and open communication throughout the team. We are looking for you who has a cheerful demeanor, is social and driven, service-minded and has an eye for detail. We would love if you have worked with à la carte service for a couple of years and have an interest in wine – with us there are good opportunities to develop in both food and beverages together with our sommelier. You should be a team player and have good communication with your other colleagues, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Collaboration is key to us and everyone's shared goal is to create the best possible experience for our guests. A driver's license and car are not required, but would make it easier for you to get to and from work. We are very keen on finding the right person who fits into our team. Interviews are ongoing so send in your application as soon as possible. The job runs from December to April.
