You may need to work with several different assistance users, which requires flexibility. The position includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Work Tasks You will perform daily, planned support activities together with the assistance user. You offer individual, social, and practical support to enable and utilize people's own abilities, thereby creating conditions for independence. You work to make people active participants in their daily life and have meaningful leisure time and/or activities. The work includes personal care, practical tasks, and daily chores. You assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and laundry. You will also participate in leisure activities such as movie outings, exercise, walks, and more. Work tasks also include rehabilitation, IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and nursing program, children's and leisure program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, as well as good computer skills. Experience working with people who need support in various ways in their daily lives is meritorious. You need to have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, to be able to cooperate with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as handle documentation and record-keeping in a safe and professional manner. As a personal assistant, you will become part of the family's everyday life.
