We are now seeking a new team member for our wonderful 11-year-old client who lives with her family on a farm between Värnamo and Vrigstad. About the Role Our client is a delightful and playful girl who loves a fast-paced environment with play and activities, and she often comes up with fun things to do with her sister. As a personal assistant, you will become part of the family's everyday life. It is important that you have the ability to sense the pace within the family and determine when to take initiative and when to step back. Your responsibilities will include meeting the client at home after school and activities such as scouts and gymnastics. There is a lot of play at home and encouragement to engage in physical activity through play. The client lives on a farm and enjoys spending time in nature, playing and discovering, as well as being around animals. Requirements We are looking for someone who loves children and has a playful side. To be suitable for this role, you must be flexible, communicative, respectful, calm, and have initiative. Previous experience with disability care and children is desirable. Experience with TAKK and visual supports is an advantage. There is a lot of floor play and moving around, so you need to be in good physical condition to keep up with the client's pace. To be eligible for this position, you cannot be allergic to animals, claws, or nuts. You must have a valid driver's license, access to a car, and be a non-smoker.
