We are looking for a results-oriented residential leasing agent to join our wonderful team in Umeå, with a focus on showings, sales, and marketing. To achieve our goals, you are business-minded, build trust, and have a sales-oriented approach to our tenants and prospective housing seekers. You work actively to be proactive and available where Heimstaden's customers are. In this role, you will have many personal contacts with both existing and potential tenants. You are responsible for proactive customer follow-up, conduct showings, and prepare lease agreements. As a person, you are innovative and accustomed to prioritizing. You build trust and convey security in your customer meetings, as you are often the first personal contact with Heimstaden. The position is based in Umeå, and there are also other colleagues in the area who work with residential leasing, property maintenance, and property management, among other things. Job Requirements Your Profile Experience in relationship-based sales, customer contact, and service. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience in residential leasing and/or the real estate industry. Good ability to get along with and handle people in different situations. You have a natural ability to build relationships and create trust. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Many of our tenants come from all corners of the world, and it is therefore a merit if you speak other languages. Comfortable working digitally and quickly learn new systems.
