We hope you will enjoy working with us! We are recruiting short-term substitutes for preschools Do you want to work in preschool? We are looking for someone who is committed and flexible. You will have the opportunity to work as a short-term substitute for up to 200 LAS days. To be able to employ you, we need: Demonstrate approved grades in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1 at upper secondary level, or complete a language assessment with an approved result. Job Tasks Preschool should stimulate children's development and learning and offer children safe care. Preschool is normally conducted in special preschool facilities. In preschool, preschool teachers and childcare workers work together. Preschool has its own curriculum that it works from. As a short-term substitute, you will be called in when activities have a need for substitutes. The number of positions varies according to need. Qualities we value in preschool staff: Social competence Flexibility Sense of responsibility Easy to collaborate with Driver's license and access to a car Trained childcare worker Ability to work at least 3–4 days/daytime/week We greatly value that you as an applicant are calm and stable, even in stressful situations, reliable, have empathetic ability, and are at least 18 years old.
