Duties The position involves common nursing tasks within the health center's home care services. This includes home visits with wound care, blood sampling, medication distribution, as well as planning and conversations with family members or home care services. Our regular office hours for basic home care are weekdays 08:00-17:00; we will agree on a schedule together when employment becomes current. You will be a significant part of a small team, which places high demands on personal suitability and your ability to be service-oriented. Standard nursing duties are included in your role, which encompasses telephone advice, clinic services, and health promotion work. Qualifications Nursing education with experience in primary care and home care. You should also have good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare medical records system. It is advantageous, but not necessary, if you have district nurse training and experience working as a coordinator. Driver's License Category B is required.
