Home Care Nurse at Aliso Health Center in Tumba Would you like to work as a nurse at Aliso Health Center Tumba within home care services? Our beautiful new health center is located in the former Tumba Hospital near Tumba Center, Botkyrka Municipality. There are good transportation connections and a short distance to Tumba Center. The area has a mixed population ranging from young children to elderly residents. Aliso Health Center Tumba is a well-functioning workplace where we work together to develop our services. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis, so apply today if the position interests you Qualifications/Work Experience: Nurse with at least two years of experience. Duties The position involves common nursing tasks within the health center's home care services. This includes home visits with wound care, blood sampling, medication distribution, as well as planning and conversations with family members or home care services. Our regular office hours for basic home care are weekdays 08:00-17:00; we will agree on a schedule together when employment becomes current. You will be a significant part of a small team, which places high demands on personal suitability and your ability to be service-oriented. Standard nursing duties are included in your role, which encompasses telephone advice, clinic services, and health promotion work. Qualifications Nursing education with experience in primary care and home care. You should also have good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare medical records system. It is advantageous, but not necessary, if you have district nurse training and experience working as a coordinator. Driver's License Category B is required.
