The Children and Education Administration is now seeking a preschool teacher or special educator for a combined position in Hammerdal. The position consists of two parts: a preschool teacher position at Mobackens förskola and a special educator role at 50 percent. In your role as special educator, you will work together with all preschools in Hammerdal to support and develop pedagogical activities. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a preschool teacher with us, you work with educational activities together with colleagues in a team. This involves challenging children's learning and development during these early, significant years. Using the curriculum as your foundation, you work with the children and give them the opportunity to experience and create new experiences and reflect on them. Your work includes, among other things, working with colleagues at the preschool to • plan learning processes at the preschool and implement, follow up, and evaluate the work with anchoring in the curriculum. • be responsible for children's care and daily activities at the preschool • maintain ongoing contact with parents QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a preschool teacher, preferably with training as a special educator for this position. It is an advantage if you: • have experience with educational activities in preschools • have empathetic ability, see and understand children's needs and meet them where they are • have the ability to listen, encourage, stimulate, and challenge children to develop further • are experienced in communicating, reflecting, taking responsibility and collaborating, and are open to new opportunities • have basic IT competence Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
