An important part of the position is actively participating in increasing the number of employees as the area is growing. In your role, you report to the Head of Transport and Special Aircraft Systems and are part of the department's management group. As a manager, you represent FMV's vision, goals, and values, and lead operations based on the agency's leadership principles. The position is based in Stockholm. Travel is a natural part of the position. About You We seek someone with relevant academic education or equivalent education/competency that we assess as equivalent. Additionally, you have education in management and leadership, such as FMV's management program, and project management training. You have experience leading qualified operations and express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. As a candidate, you also have experience with complex operations regarding coordination, planning, implementation, and follow-up of production and finances. It is a merit if you have experience with international collaborations and materiel procurement with knowledge of international operations and industrial issues.
