As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our facility. You lead the team, are responsible for staffing and scheduling, and ensure that we maintain high and consistent quality in everything we deliver to our guests. The role is both operational and administrative. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operations and the people in it, while also being organized and comfortable with the responsibility and planning required to make a facility run really well. An important part of the role is leading and developing the team. You are a present and clear leader who is skilled at giving constructive feedback, coaching your employees, and helping them develop. You notice what works well and are confident in addressing things that need improvement. As Site Manager, you'll also be involved in the development of On Air.
