We are seeking a dedicated and driven childcare worker Workplace Description We are a small unit located in Vasastan in central Stockholm. Förskolan Strutsen is a personnel cooperative run by dedicated and curious educators with high ambitions. Working Hours The position is an operational shift-based role where work is scheduled in 12-hour shifts. The work schedule also includes work every other weekend. The working hours require flexibility and the ability to work in a structured manner even during longer shifts. Comfort working both operationally close to the team and strategically with management and other key figures. Meritorious It is meritious if you have: Experience with quality monitoring and objective management. Experience with administrative work related to operations and personnel. Leadership training or other relevant training. Experience from the security, alarm, or surveillance industry. Experience developing and implementing routines and work processes.
