About the Position The Coach Program is individual support for young people approved through social services. Maskrosbarn has run the Coach Program since 2013 and the service has been used by around 40 municipalities and city districts. Coaches and youth meet once a week for up to three years, combining activities with work using method materials. Support is available in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. Maskrosbarn handles the entire process from recruiting coaches, training, matching, and ongoing supervision of coaches.
