About the Role As a finance and payroll administrator, you'll be responsible for parts of the company's payroll management. You work closely with operations, have a central role in our administration, and ensure that our employees receive correct pay on time – always with high quality and in compliance with applicable regulations. You'll also be responsible for some of the company's bookkeeping and financial monitoring. Your main responsibilities: Ongoing payroll administration Handling of employer certificates, sick pay, and government reporting Contact with Försäkringskassan and other external parties Bookkeeping and financial monitoring Support to managers and employees You'll work in close collaboration with the rest of the finance function and report directly to the operations manager. We're Looking for Someone With: Post-secondary education in payroll/finance At least a couple of years of experience in qualified finance and payroll work Good knowledge of employment law, collective agreements, and relevant legislation Experience with payroll management in personal assistance or care/healthcare is a plus You're thorough, responsible, and well-organized – you're comfortable working independently but also collaborate easily. You're service-oriented, humble, and enjoy being a support to managers, customers, and employees. This position is a maternity leave cover ending April 27th with an immediate start. You will work concentrated 12-hour shifts over 7 days every other week (odd calendar weeks). Work is carried out with two staff members present both day and night. You will work in the girl's home with the family. We are primarily looking for someone who is a nursing assistant, childcare worker, or has some form of experience with disabilities. We also place great importance on personal chemistry and personal qualities, so please don't hesitate to apply even if you don't have the qualifications or experience mentioned above. As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, thorough, easygoing, able to be yourself, and above all have great patience. You must be calm and secure, and maintain a childlike spirit. The work involves helping the girl with everything in her daily life – complete care with significant responsibility but also lots of play and fun. You must be completely smoke-free. The nature of the work requires you to be fluent in speaking and understanding Swedish, for example being able to understand and read various instruction lists and checklists, and follow established routines. A driver's license is required as you will be driving a minibus as part of your assistant duties.
