We are looking for a resource pedagogue for our older children's unit. The role is to be a bridge between the child and the wider world, while also providing reassurance for both guardians and children. We are looking for someone who is passionate about equal value for all and who with enthusiasm and dedication takes on the task of being close to a child in need of special support. For the role as a resource pedagogue with us, you need to: - constantly keep the child in focus and always ensure the child's best interests. - be communicative and able to collaborate with colleagues and guardians. The preschool is located in a quiet green area in Orminge, Nacka, within walking distance to buses and the city center. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Collaboration and Support You work in a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Getting to Know the Residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading. As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital onboarding program. Your Experience and Knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we would appreciate if you have worked several years in elderly care. Our residents often have multiple medical conditions, which requires both broad knowledge about various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in aging people. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We would like you to enjoy working independently and having the freedom to shape your work days feel confident in your role as a nurse and be able to make quick decisions and have discussions with the responsible physician take your own initiative, have drive, and dare to take responsibility enjoy having a leadership role and supporting your colleagues be accustomed to structuring and organizing your work.
