We are looking for a resource pedagogue for our older children's unit. The role is to be a bridge between the child and the wider world, while also providing reassurance for both guardians and children. We are looking for someone who is passionate about equal value for all and who with enthusiasm and dedication takes on the task of being close to a child in need of special support. For the role as a resource pedagogue with us, you need to: - constantly keep the child in focus and always ensure the child's best interests. - be communicative and able to collaborate with colleagues and guardians. If this description fits you, you will thrive with us! The child is in a school-preparation group for children aged 4-5 years. The preschool is located in a quiet green area in Orminge, Nacka, within walking distance to buses and the city center. This position is a "student resource position" at 75% with an initial contract until summer 2025. Start date is by agreement with the employee, but we see that you can start as soon as possible.
