We are now looking for a driven and engaged production technician in machine machining who wants to work closely with our production and be an important part of our continued development efforts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise in CNC machining and programming with a clear focus on efficiency improvements, continuous improvement, and production development. Your main responsibilities As a production technician, you will, among other things: Drive and participate in improvement and development projects within production. Work on efficiency and productivity improvements. Analyze production results, key metrics, and disturbances to identify improvement opportunities. Support production with technical questions and problem-solving. Work with and develop CNC machining and programming. Ensure and improve processes, working methods, and production flows. Follow up and analyze costs and drive activities to improve profitability. Participate in investments, industrialization, and development of new or existing processes. Collaborate closely with operators, maintenance, quality, and other functions within the operation. Contribute actively in the work within the local management team and help develop the operation in both the short and long term.
