We are seeking additional production technicians in various areas for an assignment with one of our customers in the Oskarshamn region. Do you want to work close to production? About the Position
As a technician with our customer, you can work in various areas related to production. The nature of the work varies depending on the role, but includes efficiency improvements in takt and flow, optimization of operations regarding safety and work environment, as well as development of various processes.
Furthermore, you may work on conducting feasibility studies as a basis for investment needs, capacity assessments, and modeling of the production process, as well as developing improvement proposals to advance operations.
In this role, you work close to production and maintain frequent dialogue with the assembly technicians and engineers you work with. Work is often conducted in project form, and you will be part of various project groups and may also conduct smaller projects independently.
Your workday will include:
Implementing investment and improvement projects
Developing production processes
Preparing work instructions
Support with quality deviations
Promoting good ergonomics in work processes
Reducing lead times
Optimizing operations in terms of safety and environment
The assignment is a consultant position starting immediately. The placement location is Oskarshamn.
Qualifications
You have an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics. Experience from manufacturing operations and several years of work experience in the above-mentioned tasks is a merit.
To thrive in this role, you should have a positive attitude and a drive that makes things happen. With your analytical abilities, you solve the tasks you face efficiently and always with quality as your starting point.
As a person, you are unpretentious and flexible and communicate easily with your colleagues. Through your creativity and curiosity, you find new approaches in your work that lead to both team and business development.
You have strong command of Swedish and English. You navigate various systems easily and are an experienced user of the Office suite.
