About the role The finance assistant role is a central part of the finance department's daily operations and encompasses broad responsibilities within finance and administration. The work includes managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable, inbound and outbound payments, ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks. The role also involves close collaboration with the company's Nordic and Baltic subsidiaries. About you We are looking for someone with experience in finance who feels confident in day-to-day financial work. You work in a structured and thorough manner, have a good understanding of bookkeeping, and take responsibility for ensuring that your tasks maintain high quality. The role requires you to be self-driven, take initiative, and work proactively. You collaborate easily with others and feel socially comfortable in contact with both internal and external contacts. With clear and professional conduct, you contribute to good relationships and well-functioning collaboration. Qualifications: Post-secondary education in finance or relevant work experience Experience with the tasks described above Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written This position is a parental leave replacement, and we are therefore looking for someone who can start working immediately and be available all the way through January 2027.
