About the role You are the key person coordinating the residents' healthcare services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
