A job at Willys is simply a job that does good and feels right—for more people. Welcome to Willys. We need everyone here. About the Position We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and who wants to be part of our fantastic team at Willys Nynäshamn Sandtorp! In short, this position means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at truly great prices, while also being prepared to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys. Position Details: Full-time employment at 32 hours per week; probation period applies. Start Date: October 19, 2026, or by agreement. Working Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the position: You're a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without the team lead's full personnel management responsibility. Together with your team lead, you'll lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you'll actively participate in the daily store operations. You'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You'll work strategically to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You're part of the store's management and have the team lead job description on your development plan. You'll practice the skills you've learned through work and training. You're a role model in how we meet our customers—with knowledge, good judgment, and a big smile. About Us For us, the right attitude and willingness to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team because we believe real collaboration delivers the best results—and we have fun doing it. Here's a bit more about us: We operate with concept management and chain operations—there are clear routines and structures in place, which frees up time for you to focus on developing toward becoming a team lead and helping your team lead manage the team. Willys is one of the industry's most successful companies, and we continue to grow. And because we're growing, you can too. As a large company, there are many opportunities to develop in your leadership role with us, including various training programs. Learn more about what it's like to work for us here. About You You love food, people, and sales just as much as we do! Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you love doing that too. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if: You're junior in your leadership and don't need experience from a leadership role, but see yourself as a future leader and are driven to lead others. Alternatively, you already have leadership experience, but not in grocery retail. You're good at communicating, enjoy engaging your colleagues, and are skilled at creating a positive work environment. You love people, put customers' needs first, and are great at bringing people along—both customers and employees.
