Work Supervisor Wanted in Nynäshamn

We are a stable cleaning company with over 9 years of experience in the industry. We provide cleaning services to private and corporate clients in Nynäshamn and the surrounding area. Our team is multicultural, and our colleagues speak English, Polish, Russian, and Greek, among other languages. We are expanding further and are now seeking a driven, energetic, meticulous, and responsible person who wants to take on a supervisory role for our team in the area. The position involves customer contact and daily communication with both customer service and staff as well as operations. It is important that you can take responsibility, solve problems, and help staff perform their work with the right quality. Job responsibilities include supervisory responsibility for local assignments in Nynäshamn and the surrounding area (staffing delivery, contact with both potential colleagues and customers, quality control), providing clear instructions and support to cleaning staff, ensuring staff have the correct work materials, keeping track of cleaning supplies in storage, making purchases of cleaning supplies as needed, reporting discrepancies to the customer manager. In this role, you will also perform some facility maintenance during the workday if required. You are flexible and willing to step into the facility maintenance role yourself when needed to ensure customer delivery. Requirements: You speak good Swedish/English and Russian as the work involves contact with customers and our cleaning staff. A B-category driver's license is a requirement as travel between customers/projects will occur. You live in Nynäshamn or a nearby area. You have experience in facility maintenance and preferably previous experience as a team leader, work supervisor, or coordinator.
