The office has about 20 people working in areas such as finance, HR, payroll, administration, facilities management, and IT. About the Position This is a broad role for someone who wants to combine operational IT work with long-term development. You have overall responsibility for the pastorate's IT environment and work closely with operations, management, and external suppliers to ensure that our systems and solutions meet the organization's needs. You are responsible for both operations and support as well as development, security, and digitalization. The role involves many contact points where you are expected to understand the organization's needs and translate them into efficient, sustainable, and secure IT solutions. Your assignment also includes user-facing IT administration. You ensure that new employees receive the right IT equipment and access rights, administer user accounts, and ensure that systems and registers are kept up-to-date and well-organized. As part of the facilities department, you also work with the pastorate's technical building systems. Many of our facilities are equipped with modern technology for operations monitoring, heating and ventilation control, as well as alarm and access systems. Together with your colleagues in facilities management, you contribute to ensuring that these systems function stably, securely, and efficiently. In this role, you report to the facilities manager and become an important resource for the entire pastorate.
