Customer Success Manager

Your Role As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for building, developing, and nurturing long-term relationships with our customers. You serve as the customer's primary point of contact and ensure a proactive, coordinated, and value-creating customer journey throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify development opportunities, and ensure they get maximum value from our solutions. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across various parts of the organization as well as with Key Account Managers on commercial and contract-related matters. Your Main Responsibilities • Plan and drive relevant customer forums at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. • Develop and follow up on customer plans, ensuring that agreed-upon activities and commitments are driven forward. • Monitor delivery against customer expectations and agreed requirements, and identify any need for corrective actions. • Connect the customer's development plans with IST's roadmap and contribute customer perspective to the continued development of our solutions. • Present relevant parts of IST's offering and help customers benefit from available solutions and services. • Based on business needs, take on broader responsibility—for example, by temporarily managing product-specific matters within a specific product or contributing to consulting-related deliveries. Your Profile We're looking for someone driven by creating strong customer relationships and who has the ability to combine a strategic perspective with a structured and proactive work approach. You listen to customer needs, build trust naturally, and thrive in the role of coordinator between customer and organization. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Academic education in, for example, business, service management, business development, or equivalent. • Experience independently developing and managing customer relationships. • Demonstrated ability to work with customer development, needs analysis, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. • A structured, independent, and proactive work approach. • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and develop relationships. • The ability to translate customer needs into concrete activities and internal initiatives. • Good understanding of how customer needs are balanced against business objectives and priorities. • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
