The position is located at Arken Zoo's store in Motala. - The position is part-time, 3h/week. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period. - Employment contract and salary etc. according to the Handels collective agreement. - Working hours: day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. - Start immediately Responsibilities The position includes, among other things: - Providing excellent customer service every shift and always helping customers choose the right products. - Being a driven sales person who loves customer interaction. - Store maintenance, upkeep, unpacking, restocking, and sales. - Nail trimming for dogs, cats, and small animals Qualifications We are looking for someone with a passion for pets, especially dogs and cats. You should be a service-oriented person with some experience in retail work and sales in the pet or grocery trade. In this role, you primarily focus on cashier, customer service, and café operations, where your approach and service mindset make a real difference in every customer interaction. You meet our customers at the checkout, help them in customer service with questions and requests, and serve them in the café.
