About the Position
As a store associate at Biltema, you are a central part of customers' experience in the store. In this role, you primarily focus on cashier, customer service, and café operations, where your approach and service mindset make a real difference in every customer interaction. Your workday is varied and characterized by a fast pace, clear routines, and a strong customer focus.
You meet our customers at the checkout, help them in customer service with questions and requests, and serve them in the café. Regardless of the task, your goal is to provide quick, friendly, and professional service. You contribute to creating a welcoming environment where customers feel seen and helped. At Biltema, no two days are the same, and we tackle everyday challenges with commitment, collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset.
This is a permanent position beginning with a 6-month probationary period. Employment is part-time, 50%.
About You
You understand that customers' time is valuable and thrive in a role where service, approach, and efficiency are central. We are looking for someone who is positive, attentive, and enjoys working with people. You communicate easily, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm even when the pace is high.
As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and can see what needs to be done. You appreciate order and structure and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English.
It is a merit if you have previous experience with cashier work, customer service, or café/restaurant operations. However, an interest in service and a willingness to learn are equally important.
