About the position At Södra Cell Mönsterås, we work every day to create sustainable products from the forest. What you'll work with at Södra As a Shift Mechanic Mek, you work to ensure operations by performing mechanical maintenance and contributing to continuous improvements in our work methods and technical solutions. Your tasks include: Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance. Conduct mechanical installation and repair work. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in production equipment. Repair and restore replaced equipment. Perform simple lifting and handling work. Contribute to the development of work methods and technical solutions within your area of responsibility. Work closely with operations personnel, electrical and instrument technicians, and other maintenance groups. When needed, support other parts of the maintenance organization. The position is located in Mönsterås and working hours are continuous shift work (6-shift schedule). Who are we looking for? Experience in repair and installation of mechanical equipment. Good proficiency in Swedish. Driver's license category B. Good computer skills and administrative ability.
