WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RECOVERY OPERATOR – FULL TIME P-A's Bärgning AB is seeking a new team member! We are looking for you to work full time as a recovery operator based in Markaryd. The position involves varied and responsible work where no two days are the same. Your main responsibilities will include vehicle recovery and roadside assistance, but the work also encompasses on-call duty and standby shifts, traffic management work, and heavy-duty recovery. Above all, we are looking for someone who is confident behind the wheel, technically minded, and enjoys solving problems. As a recovery operator, you will often meet people in vulnerable or stressful situations, which requires you to be service-oriented, calm, and professional. Requirements for the position: • Category C driver's license • Valid YKB certificate • Good work ethic and sense of responsibility • Ability to work independently • Flexibility, as on-call duty and standby shifts are part of the position It is an advantage if you have: • Category CE driver's license • Previous experience in recovery operations • Heavy-duty recovery experience • Crane certification and/or crane experience • Experience with traffic management and roadside work Previous experience in the recovery industry is a major plus, but for the right person, we also value your attitude, technical interest, and willingness to learn the trade.
