Our meals should contribute to health, learning, food joy, and sustainability We are seeking a Head Chef for Skärgårdsköket who wants to help develop the future of public meals. Skärgårdsköket is an important part of the municipality's meal operations, and we are looking for someone who wants to combine leadership, cooking, and operational development in a meaningful role. As Head Chef, you are a key person in daily operations. You lead, inspire, and create conditions for the kitchen to deliver high-quality meals every day. You are a present manager who, through engagement and participation, helps both the operation and staff develop. At the same time, you are part of daily production and actively contribute to the kitchen's work. Your responsibilities Lead and distribute daily work in the kitchen Plan and ensure efficient production with high quality Participate in cooking and other work in the kitchen Responsible for orders, self-inspection, and follow-up Work actively with sustainability, economy, and reduced food waste Contribute to the development of menus, recipes, and working methods Collaborate with unit managers, colleagues, and other operations Who are you?
