The Job Our customer service team takes care of the most important thing we have—our customers. You will help restaurants, cafés, and other businesses with questions and technical issues. Work is conducted via phone or online when customers contact Onslip, but you also reach out proactively to customers to ensure they are satisfied and have everything they need to run an efficient operation. You also handle inquiries about contracts, invoices, and other customer service-related matters. Customer Service Coordinator at 3StepIT

About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at 3StepIT. There may be opportunities to extend the assignment. About the Company 3StepIT provides companies and organizations with an efficient and sustainable lifecycle management solution for hardware devices. This is done in three steps: first, procurement, where they assist their customers with simple solutions for financing IT equipment; second, administration and use, where they offer customers access to their own portal that provides a consolidated view of where equipment is located, what it costs per month, and when its rental period expires. Finally, return and replacement services designed to simplify the exchange process where 3StepIT helps customers with returns or exchanges and ensures that all returned devices get a new and extended life. 3StepIT is a rapidly growing company with approximately 170 employees across 4 locations. We are now seeking an administrative coordinator for our headquarters in central Linköping who wants to be part of the continued growth journey. You will be part of the Customer Service team and work closely with a small administrative team that serves as the hub between sales, customers, suppliers, and banking partners. The group is cohesive, unpretentious, and accustomed to helping each other. There is both extensive experience and a clear commitment to development here. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and administering customer leasing contracts in connection with contract termination. You handle inquiries from customers and communicate daily with both internal and external parties via ticketing systems, email, and phone. Your contact points include banks, suppliers, sales representatives, and customers. The role also involves answering questions related to lease terminations and administering and managing both new and existing customer contracts in 3StepIT's business system. You are responsible for administering contract extensions and managing equipment returns, ensuring that the correct products are returned and assessing any damage that occurred during the lease period. You will also work with invoice verification, prepare reports and documentation for customers, and contribute to developing and adapting work procedures based on the needs of customers, suppliers, and 3StepIT. Your responsibilities include: Managing and administering contract terminations, contract extensions, and equipment returns Ensuring that returned equipment complies with contract terms and handling any discrepancies Preparing reports and customer documentation in the company's business system Reviewing, investigating, certifying, and approving invoices from suppliers and partners Establishing and continuously adapting work procedures based on customer and supplier needs as well as internal requirements for efficient processes Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Completed upper secondary education Previous work experience in administrative work Fluent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written Good computer and system proficiency Customer service experience is a merit To thrive in this role, you should appreciate a daily routine where administration is combined with collaboration and multiple points of contact.
