Support Associate for Client-Specific Assignment

We are seeking engaged team members for our support team in central Linköping! In this role, you will be the important link between us and the companies that submit salary statistics. The assignment has two parts: Phone support – you guide companies in correctly reporting their salary information and answer questions that arise during the process. Review – you check submitted information to ensure correctness and quality. Who are you? You have a natural sense for service and learn new tasks quickly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering professional service to every company you interact with.
