PrimX Technology is a patented steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete (SFRSSC) technology. The patented technology has been developed in the company's own R&D center in Riga in cooperation with leading technical universities from Denmark, Germany, Norway, Latvia, Finland and the USA. Main responsibilities: Participate in construction quality control and quality assurance processes. Carry out quality inspections of construction works in accordance with project documentation, applicable regulations, and relevant standards. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and related records. Monitor compliance of construction works with technical requirements, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with Site Managers, QC Inspectors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters. Participate in the identification, reporting, and resolution of non-conformities (NCRs). Support the preparation and implementation of Work Method Statements (WMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and risk assessments. Monitor the execution of measurement, inspection, and testing activities. Participate in project handover activities and the preparation of final quality documentation.

Ensure that projects are executed with high quality, good cost control, and proper safety and environmental requirements. Responsible for analysis, implementation, results, and reporting of energy optimization measures. You report to Technical Manager Kim Vilkas and are part of Sustainable Transformation (https://revelop.se/om-oss/vart-team/). At the same time, you become an important part of the local team in the South, where you work closely with colleagues in property management and leasing. The role is based from either our office in Malmö or Gothenburg, with regular visits to properties. Primarily in the Öresund region, Gothenburg, and to the headquarters in Stockholm. Who are you? We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with business acumen and strong execution power. With your curiosity and drive to create continuous improvement, you contribute to developing smarter, more sustainable, and more efficient properties. You are comfortable managing multiple parallel projects and contact points, and you find it easy to prioritize based on quality, economics, and long-term value. As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative, and action-oriented. We would like you to have at least five years of experience in technical property management, technical project management, installation technology, or similar role in commercial real estate, as well as documented experience in project management. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. A B-category driving license is a requirement as the role involves regular visits to our properties.
