You'll run games like blackjack, roulette, or poker – always with a focus on service, showmanship, and security. No previous experience required – we provide free basic training where you'll learn both game techniques and customer service. If you want to develop further, there's also an opportunity for advanced training in more game types, also free of charge. Work hours: Evenings and weekends Salary: Base wage 168kr/hour + commission. You are accustomed to working with digital tools such as mobile phones, computers, or tablets and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to document the care you provide and communicate with our residents. Since certain work tasks require good physical fitness, it is important that this requirement is also met. We expect you to have personal maturity and be both independent and service-oriented. You take responsibility, are flexible, and can handle stressful situations. You are proactive and responsive to residents' needs and show respect for other people. About the Workplace Edshultsgården is a special residential facility for people with dementia where safety, care, and quality permeate everything we do. The facility consists of nine departments and accommodates a total of 73 places. There is also a department focused on somatic issues. We work in teams with broad expertise and a shared commitment to our residents. To ensure high quality care, we have support from roles such as quality leader, meal coordinator, and activity coordinator.
