Position Characteristics: Preparation of territorial plans, territorial analytical documents, territorial studies, and performance of territorial planning office functions. Employer Requirements: 1. Qualification requirements for education and experience according to § 44 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, met by: a) an authorized architect who has been granted authorization in the field of territorial planning or without field specification according to the authorization act, or an authorized engineer in the field of urban engineering, b) a natural person who has higher education recognized for authorization in the field of territorial planning and at least 18 months of experience in performing territorial planning activities in public administration, or c) a natural person who has higher education in a study program belonging to the field of architecture and urbanism, construction or geography and at least 24 months of experience in performing territorial planning activities in public administration. An official who does not meet the qualification requirements may perform territorial planning activities of the territorial planning office until such requirements are met, provided that they perform this activity under the expert supervision of an official meeting the qualification requirements, for a maximum period of 3 years. 2. Qualification requirements for education are also met by an official who has been granted an exemption from education qualification requirements according to § 45 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act.
