The work includes the ability to meet individuals' needs for guidance and care with respect for self-determination, independence, and integrity. The work tasks include being responsive to users' individual needs, wishes, and resources. We offer meaningful and varied work in a dedicated team with a good work climate. Work hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to work with people with physical, mental, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities.
