About the Position We are currently seeking a CNC Operator for one of our clients in Karlskoga. This is a key role where you will work with programming and be responsible for the entire process from preparation to finished production. You will become an important part of a skilled team in a modern shop floor environment. As a CNC Operator, you will handle complete programming with driven tools. Programming is done both directly in the machines and using CAM software. You are responsible for setting up and running both new and existing parts. An important part of your work is to improve machining processes so that quality is high, production time is short, and materials are used efficiently.
