About the Position We are currently seeking a CNC Operator for one of our clients in Karlskoga. This is a key role where you will work with programming and be responsible for the entire process from preparation to finished production. You will become an important part of a skilled team in a modern workshop environment. As a CNC Operator, you will work with complete lathe programming with driven tools. Programming is done both directly in the machines and with the help of CAM software. You are responsible for setting up and running both new and existing parts. An important part of the work is to improve the machining so that quality is high, production time is short, and materials are used efficiently. Start: By agreement Working hours: Daytime Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of broad experience as a CNC technician or CNC operator in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on contract manufacturing of advanced parts with high demands on precision and quality. You have a deep technical understanding of machining processes and work in a structured and independent manner. You are responsible, initiative-taking, and have the ability to collaborate with others to continuously develop production. We see that you have good knowledge of mathematics, are comfortable with technical English, and have experience with multi-axis machines. We also see that you have relevant workshop training or equivalent work experience. Experience with Mazatrol (Yamazaki Mazak's dialogue programming system), Edgecam, or other CAM software is a merit.
