About the Position As Technical Area Sales Manager, you report to the CEO and work closely with the founder and other parts of the organization. The role is both commercial and technical, and you will have an important part in strengthening the company's active sales efforts and continued growth. You work closely with customers in defense, police, public sector, and other parts of the business world. With an understanding of the customer's needs and operations, you identify new opportunities, develop business relationships, and drive the sales process forward—from initial contact and qualification to completed deals and results. Your main areas of responsibility: Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities with both new and existing customers Own and drive the sales process from initial contact and qualification to close and completed deal Build and develop a structured sales pipeline with clear focus on business potential and momentum Establish and develop strong relationships with decision makers and other relevant contacts at prioritized customers Schedule and conduct customer meetings, understand customer needs, and translate these into relevant solutions and business opportunities Perform product and solution demonstrations with focus on customer value and business value Navigate complex decision processes and procurement and drive the process forward toward deal closure Develop and nurture relevant networks within prioritized customer and target groups Capture customer and market insights and translate them into input for the company's continued product and business development The market is characterized by long decision and sales cycles where testing, verification, and operational use are often important parts of the path to a deal. Therefore, you need to thrive with building relationships over time and have the persistence to drive complex deals from initial contact to completion. The position involves travel primarily within Sweden, but travel within the Nordic region may also occur. You need to understand customer needs, see business opportunities, and at the same time translate these into the right priorities internally. You will work closely with production, R&D, supply chain, and finance, and serve as an important link between customer needs, internal operations, and long-term business development. As Sales & Program Manager, you will, among other things: Drive and develop long-term customer relations and partnerships. Manage the sales process – from inquiry to delivery and follow-up. Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts. Coordinate internal flows with production, R&D, supply chain, and finance. Follow up on business results, forecasts, deliveries, risks, and opportunities. As Product Line Manager, you will, among other things: Analyze market, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and then translate this into commercial and strategic priorities. Identify opportunities to develop production processes and product portfolio. Contribute to and drive strategic decisions regarding product portfolio, pricing, and positioning. Drive development initiatives that strengthen the product area's long-term competitiveness. Translate market and customer insights into concrete business development.
