Your Tasks As a maintenance manager at Kungsberget, you are an important part of a dedicated team that helps our guests with various issues that arise both in the accommodations and at the facility, for example if something needs to be repaired. Much of the work is done independently, so it is important that you are flexible and can solve problems. Parts of the work take place in the early morning or late evening. Your Tasks As a Facilities Manager at Kungsberget, you are an important part of a team that works both "on and off stage". Much of the work is carried out independently, and it is important that you are a problem-solver with great initiative and a sense of order. You are one of the first to meet our guests, so it is essential that you have an excellent sense of service. As a Facilities Manager, your work tasks will include: Operating heavy machinery/loaders. Inventory management. Performing maintenance and upkeep work on the facility's properties, fences, etc. Operational support to all departments of the facility. Performing self-inspections according to the facility's checklists. General maintenance and cleaning. Various other customary facility management duties.
