Your Tasks As a Facilities Manager at Kungsberget, you are an important part of a team that works both "on and off stage". Much of the work is carried out independently, and it is important that you are a problem-solver with great initiative and a sense of order. You are one of the first to meet our guests, so it is essential that you have an excellent sense of service. As a Facilities Manager, your work tasks will include: Operating heavy machinery/loaders. Inventory management. Performing maintenance and upkeep work on the facility's properties, fences, etc. Operational support to all departments of the facility. Performing self-inspections according to the facility's checklists. General maintenance and cleaning. Various other customary facility management duties. At Kungsberget, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish languages. Valid driver's license and access to a car. Merits Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or ventilation. Education and experience in similar work. Application This is a seasonal position from September to April and falls under HRF's collective agreement. Full-time work and on-call duty may occur.
