The selection procedure for the above service position may be participated in, in accordance with the civil service law, by an applicant who: a) is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement [§ 25 para. 1 letter a) of the civil service law], b) has reached the age of 18 years [§ 25 para. 1 letter b) of the civil service law], c) has full legal capacity [§ 25 para. 1 letter c) of the civil service law], d) is of good character [§ 25 para. 1 letter d) of the civil service law], e) has attained the education prescribed by law for this service position [§ 25 para. 1 letter e) of the civil service law], i.e., at least higher vocational education, f) has the required health fitness [§ 25 para. 1 letter f) of the civil service law]. g) has the required knowledge of the Czech language, if not a citizen of the Czech Republic [§ 25 para. 1 letter g) of the civil service law] Further to the application, the applicant shall attach: a) a structured professional resume b) a cover letter
