The HIA/Cardiac Department at Hudiksvall Hospital is part of the Cardiology operational area. Approximately 50 employees work here in various professions, including nurses, biomedical analysts, nursing assistants, and cardiologists. WORK TASKS Being a unit manager with us means shared, operationally-focused leadership together with an experienced chief colleague. Together, you will be responsible for the unit's mission and create conditions for safe, secure, and quality care. You will lead a work team consisting of nurses and nursing assistants, with direct personnel responsibility for approximately 25 employees. The assignment includes joint responsibility for daily operations, business development, work environment, finances, patient safety, rehabilitation, and competency supply. As a unit manager, you contribute to developing the operation based on patients' needs and the operation's goals. You work to create participation and good conditions for employees to develop, as well as for well-functioning collaboration both within and outside your own unit. You report directly to the Operations Manager and are part of the operational area's management group, where you are expected to contribute to the overall operation within both the operational area and Healthcare.
