About the Operations Region Västernorrland is now seeking a Construction Project Manager for civil emergency preparedness with responsibility for the region's work on protected spaces and other resilience-enhancing investments. Region Properties is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the region's properties, including hospitals and healthcare facilities. Requirements for preparedness, resilience, and civil defense are increasing, and we are now implementing several important initiatives to ensure that healthcare facilities can function even during serious disruptions, crises, and ultimately war. As a construction project manager, you will have a central role in planning, leading, and coordinating projects related to protected spaces, technical supply, backup systems, and other measures that strengthen the region's emergency preparedness capacity. The role combines project management in construction and property with strategic development work in civil emergency preparedness. With us, you will have a varied and socially important assignment where you work closely with both property operations, healthcare services, and external authorities. You may be assigned to wartime placement in your position. The position is a permanent full-time employment with entry as soon as agreed upon.
