About the Role Do you work in operations or maintenance and are interested in trying something new? As an operations technician, you'll have the opportunity to work in a varied role where you're responsible for both operations and maintenance of our district heating production facilities. You'll work to keep the facilities running stably and safely, while performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure long-term function and reliability. Your daily work will include: Operations and maintenance of our production facilities. Repairs, troubleshooting, and practical mechanical work. Administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management. You'll be part of a team of 6 people within a larger group of 20 employees. There's strong team spirit and broad expertise to draw from, and we help each other succeed day-to-day. This is a day-shift position with on-call responsibilities. Requirements As an operations technician, we'd like to see you have the following competencies and experience: Relevant education in the field, such as technician training at KY/YH level or upper secondary school level. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency with the Office suite and good experience reading technical instructions. Category B driving license. Meritorious Previous operations experience from process industry or experience with district heating technical work Experience with mechanical work is a merit You're a problem-solver with good collaboration skills, which is important since work happens close to colleagues in the team and tasks are often solved together. At the same time, you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for driving your work forward. Working safely is a given for you.
