Customer Support – become a vital part of a growing industrial company We are now seeking a dedicated customer support specialist for an established and expanding industrial company in Gnosjö. Here you will have a varied role where customer contact, planning, and problem-solving are at the center. You will be an important link between customers, suppliers, and internal operations – and have the opportunity to influence the daily flow from order to delivery. About the Role We are looking for someone who thrives when things are happening and enjoys juggling multiple tasks at once. You will work with, among other things: Order registration and order management Planning and follow-up Procurement and coordination Ongoing customer contact and customer support Handling discrepancies and problem-solving Ensuring a smooth flow for your customers This is a role for someone who values responsibility, structure, and close collaboration – while also enjoying building long-term relationships. What We're Looking For You have experience in customer support, planning, or similar work, preferably from a manufacturing company. You are experienced in business systems and have strong IT skills. Experience with MPS and systems such as Pyramid is a plus. As a person, you are communicative, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You excel at building strong relationships and can see the big picture even when the pace is high. You collaborate without ego and take responsibility for getting things done.
