Resource Pedagogue at Åsle Preschool Åsle Preschool and School is located 10 minutes from Falköping. Nestled in lush greenery surrounded by forest and open fields. Our facility includes a preschool with three sections—Lilltån, Mellantån, Stortån—with a total of 44 places. The school serves over 80 students distributed across grades F-6. Åsle Preschool is now seeking a substitute resource pedagogue (due to parental leave) who is passionate about contributing to children's development. Your role is to work independently to create favorable conditions for a specific child's development and learning, while providing security and structure in their daily routine. You will work with the team (in Lilltån and Mellantån) to plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities. We are looking for someone with experience working with children with special needs and experience using sign language as support and visual aids. Part of the role also involves performing personal care, based on a care plan developed in collaboration with healthcare services, during the child's time at the facility. You need to be engaged, solution-focused, and have a warm demeanor. You are someone who always puts children's needs at the center and wants to actively work to develop the activities and find solutions that make a difference. You are confident in yourself and your role as an educator, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and listen to others.
